Products and Account Services
Check Cashing:
• At the Mason branch, Apple Federal Credit Union will cash personal one-party US checks drawn on banks based in the Continental US in the amount of $25 (student non-customers) and $100 (faculty/staff non-customers) or less, at no charge, for the University community. Transactions may be limited to one per day for all non-customers.

• Apple Federal Credit Union will cash first party checks issued by US Government, Commonwealth of Virginia, and George Mason University in the amount of $1,000 (student non-customers) and  $2,500 (faculty/staff non-customers) or less, at no charge. Foreign Checks are accepted for collection for those customers who have relationships with Apple Federal Credit Union.
